And, goodbye to the most amazing teacher in the world, Mrs. Ullah! You took on a challenge when Cole entered your classroom, and you did so head on! You made this little boy excited about school and learning. He couldn't wait to come to school each morning and we were amazed at what he learned while he was there. This little boy who refused to participate with his preschool class when they sang songs, suddently come home from school singing every day. And, then had TWO solos in the End of the Year Program! We're so amazed at what you have been able to accomplish with Cole, and the rest of your students. You have touched our lives more than you will ever know. We will forever be grateful for giving Cole such an awesome start and foundation for his future school years. "Thank you" just isn't enough.
Apparently, we are not the only ones who think Mrs. Ullah is amazing. She won "2010 Teacher of the Year" for the Primary School!
Congratulations, Mrs. Ullah! You are truly one in a million. We love you and will miss you!
And...seriously, I really have a 1st grader on my hands? How did that happen?
