Today we all headed to the pumpkin patch to pick our Halloween pumpkin! :) Our original plans included a trip to the BIG pumpkin patch, complete with a petting zoo, rides, games, and a corn maze. However, the boys were not on their best behavior at home that morning, and by the time we ready to leave, Mom and Dad were just about ready to call the whole trip off.
Rather than do that, we opted to go, instead, to our cute little local pumpkin patch just down the road. It isn't fancy. There aren't bounce houses, corn mazes, or petting zoos. Instead, just loads of pumpkins, a horse made from corn stalks, and a cute little teepee made from hay bales. (And, best of all, it wasn't crowded at all!)
