Early Trick-Or-Treating

We live in a small town, and that means we get to fun little small town stuff! This town practically shuts down for the high school homecoming parade. So, when a holiday rolls around, look out! We're going all out!

The town sponsored a "safe trick-or-treating" event. Most of the local merchants hung a pumpkin picture in their window and the kids knew that it was safe to go inside for candy. For 2 hours, the town practically shut down so the local children could trick-or-treat! The boys were excited to participate, and we went everywhere from the grocery store, florist, nail salon, to even the tatoo parlor! :) The boys came home with 2 huge full bags of candy...and its not even Halloween yet!
