Cole started 1st grade today! And, he was so excited to head back to school this morning because he "would be in the back of the school" instead of the front where the Kindegarteners are! I think he was really proud to be one of the big kids this year!
He had a good first day! Loved his teacher, his new friends, and everything about his day! Our only snag was the fact that he already brought homework home due to the fact that he was too busy showing Mrs. Pickett how he can do push-ups rather than working on his paper. After a short battle this evening, he did manage to get his paper finished and ready to turn back in tomorrow. Oh...it could be a long year at this rate! :)
